Important Order Information

FULFILLMENT DATES: The Bakery Box is available for pick up on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Delivery service runs every Monday.

DELIVERY TERMS: If you live in an apartment or gated community that requires a code to access, or wish for us to follow specific instructions, please write these instructions in the "Order Details" section before checkout.

What days is The Bakery Box available for delivery?

During launch, The Bakery Box is only available for pick-up at our bakery. However, we are working hard to get our delivery network set up to offer delivery. If you would like to be the first to know when we are delivering to your neighbourhood, please email us at Orders@bardownbakery.com.

Can I pick up my Bakery Box in-store?

Yes, you are welcome to pick up your Bakery Box at our Fort Langley bakery. We offer pick-ups on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

I subscribed to The Bakery Box. When will my Bakery Box be baked?

We are committed to offering you the highest quality, while making preservative-free, handcrafted baking accessible. As part of our quality commitment, your Bakery Box will be baked and delivered to you on the same day.

What if I am not home to receive my Bakery Box delivery?

No worries - we understand life can get busy! You can leave us instructions for a secure, dry area that we can leave your Bakery Box in the event that you are not home when we deliver.

I cannot eat everything right away. Does The Bakery Box freeze well?

For the most part, yes. The loaves in The Bakery Box freeze very well. So if you cannot enjoy everything within a few days of receiving your box, freezing part of it is a great option. However, the pastries in the in the box are not ideal for freezing and we recommend that they are enjoyed within a few days of receiving your box.

All our baked goods contain gluten. Some may contain nuts. Our baked goods may contain or have come in contact with common allergens such as soy, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, eggs and dairy.
